Bio
Irene Rubio Ferrera, PhD
I had the privilege of working with Pedro as teammates at CESIF. He is not only an outstanding professional, but also a great person. I admire his ability of reaching solutions, which are negotiated and therefore accepted by all, incorporating and reconciling the interests and needs of all parties. He is a really passionate hard worker with a very analytical and fast mind. Also, he contributes to create a collaborative working atmosphere, which is always an added value. I would definitely like to work with Pedro again in the future.
Alberto Valero de la Cruz
I had the opportunity to work alongside Pedro during my time as a research intern in Organic Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Alcalá. During that time, Pedro was an excellent mentor to me. He supervised my experimental work in the lab on a daily basis and was able to effectively explain to me complex concepts, methods and ideas in organic chemistry with patience and clarity. He was efficient at time management, coordinating his own laboratory work with his supervision activities. The combination of these abilities, good communication skills and his curious spirit towards research allowed Pedro to successfully obtain his PhD. His background in Pharmacy together with his Organic Chemistry research experience provide Pedro with a strongly interdisciplinary mindset which make him a very valuable candidate for any position in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
