  • Assist the Compliance Manager to ensure that the company secures all applicable permits and licenses to conducts its business and that the company complies with all the submission of reports with government and local government units• Prepares report and coordinate with other departments and ensures compliance with all the submission of reports with government agencies and local government units.• Provides significant input in the preparation and filing of mandatory requirements for the Application of Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA), Exploration Permit Application (EXPA), and other mining applications and other compliances such as EPEP, FMRDP, SDMP, SHP, FS, etc.• Performs liaison work, presentation, and group discussion of company plans and programs to various local and national government agencies for proper endorsement and certification and approval.• Conducts internal monitoring and audit of the implementation of activities and programs of exploration, mining, environmental, and safety programs and prepares compliances and technical reports submitted to MGB/DENR.• Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Compliance and Tenement Office are informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.• Prepare and compiles internal and external correspondence, as well as external correspondence to the LGU, MGB/DENR, and other government units• Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate and/or required.• Reviews new mining project and contract mining operating agreement entered into by the company and identifies possible business risk and recommends appropriate measures• Prepares a variety of tenements administration including renewal applications, variation requests, notices of entry and others
