Process engineer in the steel industry through the application of process control methodologies, conduction of plant KPIs improvement and development of new products. Being the main actor in strengthening relationships between different departments of the company was the secret in order to deliver in each project. -During the past two years I've held leadership positions in cost reduction and operational excelence projects, using PDCA methodology and supported by McKinsey consulting trainings. -In 2015 and 2016, I can highlight the innovation and product development project which I was head of, with use of Stage Gate system. -Earlier: Conducted a project focusing the reduction of losses during manufacturing process - TQM system - Efeso Consulting certified. -Process standardization for ISO/OHSAS certificationI like feeling constantly challenged, therefore during this period at Belgo, I asked for the opportunity to work in different production plants. This is my 4th plant now and for many times I could join matrix structured collaborative projects with other sectors of the company, i.e., production, maintenance, projects, finance and control, logistics, etc. That helped me develop systemic vision of my organization.
