I worked with the guest to ensure a casual fine dining experience that guarantees a repeat visit. The basic job duties entailed taking orders and navigating a POS system, however, salesmanship is at the heart of this job. I worked on my knowledge of the menu to be able to both answer questions a guest may have about any of our dishes, and I used this knowledge to better suggest and sell additional items to guests.
