I handle offline and online marketing for Lapaire in Uganda. I discuss various marketing actions with the different branch managers and come with actions that suite the various branches basing on their locations. The actions are meant to increase the number of sales that happen in the stores. This encourages clients to engage with us and also book appointments in the different stores. I work together with the PR department to create more brand awareness for the brand by having collaborations with radio stations, PR related events, etc. I handle all the brand ambassadors to ensure that they deliver as per their contracts. I work with various suppliers to ensure that we get the required and desired marketing materials at an affordable price. I also out source events that the company can go to and offer free eye tests.
