I worked for verizon customer service through Xerox. This job involved me multi-tasking through keeping the customer satisfied and giving them solutions to their problems. This involved following the instructions but also thinking outside of the box as how to find solutions or answers to the customers questions. With this, it was also a face-paced environment.
