Philippe and I worked on several projects together, developing courseware for pilot training on new aircrafts. These high-profile projects had tight deadlines, required responsiveness and flexibility to adapt changes in aircraft design, right up to moments prior to Operational Evaluations. Philippe had all the competencies required to succeed in this context, and to move the projects forward to successful completion. Philippe is a consummate professional. His keen intelligence, and his eye for detail are accompanied by a natural ability to organize and manage large amounts of content. He sees the big picture beyond his tasks, and takes the initiative to improve processes associated with the project. His assignments are always completed on time, and to a high standard. In addition to being great at his job, Philippe is also a pleasure to work with. This is true when things go smoothly, but also true (and even more valued) when things don't go exactly as planned. I would highly recommend Philippe for any post, without hesitation.

To whom it may concern, It is my pleasure to recommend Philippe Cairic. He has been working both on development of training courseware in the past and for the last several years as an Instructor Pilot for Global Business Jets. He is on short-term leave from our company during the down-turn caused by COVID-19 and in the years I have known him (excess of 5 years), he has demonstrated an extremely high level of professionalism. Philippe is dedicated to both the company and always has the customers best interests at heart. He takes safety seriously and is not one to pass responsibility on to others. I would not hesitate to hire Philippe.
