I will always remember, Paul and me just ‘clicked’ from the first moment. I came out of my job interview with him and knew immediately that I wanted this role and this manager. And it turned out to be the absolute right decision. Paul impressed me with his super sharp and quick mind as well as his deep understanding of business in general and retail and online in particular. With his many years of experience in various industries, he provided me brilliant advice and mentorship in any situation whilst not trying to convince me of ‘his way’. Most importantly, he is a true role model - ‘walking the talk’ with incomparable integrity - and one of the (if not the) best leaders I’ve met in my career so far.
