I had the honour of working with Patrick as the primary Business Analyst on a complex, multi-platform, multi-vendor project for SMART and, in my role as solution architect, found him to be very quick at understanding the business driven goals of the system while immediately gaining a solid knowledge of the myriad new technologies involved.
