To Whom It May Concern, Pamela Mesimer and I taught together for 4 years. She was always giving with ideas, compliments, encouragement, and support. Her dedication to the students and the staff was inspiring. She is able to give and take suggestions. Anyone will be lucky to have her employed with them. Sincerely, Tami Shepherd

3 Oaks Academy is redesigning education, one student at a time. We were founded by prior public school teachers, who noticed the deficits in education happening, who saw students being left behind, and who witnessed our educational system fall apart due to legislative changes well before the COVID era. In 2018, our founders, decided it was time to take action and develop a place where students could develop a love of learning through a supportive, caring environment. At 3 Oaks Academy, we believe in our children and we believe that our world’s future can be brighter than society realizes. Our founders have taken what works with children, what works in education and have developed a program where the student has a say in their educational path, which allows the child to pursue their passions and explore the realm of possibility, while being supported and appreciated for their unique contributions to our 3 Oaks family.
