Danielle Allen
I worked with Paxxon at Sharp Business System of NC. He was an IT Service Specialist and very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I was the vCIO of NC at the time. As I would visit different sites, Paxxon would come along to learn the part of his job he was not all that familiar with, which was the IT/Cyber portion. When he arrived, he was a Service specialist but by the time I left, he was an IT Consultant/Solution Specialist. He learned what companies needed and presented a solution that him and I provided together. I watched him grow and take on big tasks in order to better sales at this company, I mean, a tremendous growth in revenue. He also mentored some of the sales associates that were there for years and helped improve their skills to close contracts. Paxxon and I use to be a power tag team. I knew what the stake holders needed IT side and would write the road maps and proposals then Paxxon would take that and put it in terms to close deals. I have always been able to close each and every contract that Paxxon was involved with. This man is any company's gift from God when it comes to closing deals and increasing sales for a company. Literally, God gave him this gift. Every goal he has put down to reach, he has over exceeded. Words that come to mind when I think about Paxxon is determined, teamplayer, unique, successful, patient, giving, willing and available. His customer service is impeccable and he has great connections from the paths he has traveled to this point. Outside of work, anything I've needed him for, he's been right there. He's a true genuine person that will give you everything he has in order to help elevate any company that gets to work with him. I'm so gratefeul to have met and worked with him and still have a good relationship with him even now.
