Paxton is a great addition to any team. She is self-motivated, willing to learn, and a great collaborator. I have been extremely impressed with Paxton because she asks very thoughtful questions, listens to the responses, and acts accordingly with reliable follow-through. During our time working together, we experienced a lot of transition and Paxton handled it with grace, but also took it as a learning opportunity. She has a strong work ethic and is passionate about her work. I would not only hire Paxton for her skills as a salesperson, but also a future leader of your organization. This young professional is ready to take on new opportunities, develop her skills, grow as a leader, and is ready to make an impact.

Paxton is one of the most intelligent and hard working team members I have had the pleasure to manage. She was on my team as an SDR and consistently went above and beyond to deliver the highest quality opportunities to our sales team. Beyond Paxton's work ethic, the best part about working with her is her strong problem solving skills. Sales is a hard job and there are a million unexpected hiccups every day. Paxton always works to think through each situation logically and work out a solution on her own. Once she has tried to solve it herself, she will either come to you with a direct question about which part she needs further help on, or she'll bring you her completed solution to use when other SDRs on the team run into the same problem. To say that Paxton was an asset to our team would be an understatement, she was a star, a collaborative team player and a top performer. To put her performance into perspective, she worked on multiple industries during her time on my team, from cyber security to wellness tech. She learned her service quickly and was always ready to dive into whatever campaign I had for her. Even with the plethora of knowledge she had to retain for each campaign, she was consistently in the top 10% of our company for performance. Anyone would be lucky to have Pax on their team, I definitely was.
