We worked together with Pawel to build out the integrations platform at Todoist. Pawel is an inquisitive, self-propelled engineer that brings great engineering chops but doesn't stop there. For each of our 1:1s, Pawel brought a smorgasbord of new topics; walking through them helped us formulate improvements we want to do in both our technical direction and in the way we work as a team. He helped me grow as a leader by challenging me with tough topics and making me refine our team's vision and way of working. Pawel excels at getting a poorly-defined, audacious goal. Breaking down these goals to smaller items executable in isolation and then methodically delivering, while keeping everyone up to date, is his second nature. In this, he embodies the ethos of a senior engineer who leverages their deep experience to sharpen their intuition. I'm really glad we got to work together!

I had the pleasure of working with Pawel during his summer internship with AIM. As an intern he was able to make an immediate impact on our office operations through automating tasks, market research, and report development through VBA & Python. I would highly recommend Pawel for future engagements and hope to work with him again soon.
