It was my pleasure to work with Pawel at BrandMaker GmbH. As a Product Owner, he was able to brining the ideas of a diverse universe of stakeholders, who opinions were often polar opposites and was able to hold them together inside a single product. He was moving between many places quickly, engaging fully with the team, but also with a community of interested parties attached to a product. With his organizational skills, he was keeping pace with the team and even outpacing them to give himself time to prepare the road ahead. Pawel's technical experience was giving him ability to see through the glossy outer levels of a product and be able to speak the language of the team. Although the goal of the team was to arrive and maintain a state of flow, sometimes it was necessary Pawel to bring additional focus onto the team, so they know that certain challenges carry a greater sense of urgency. With his ability to see the far away ideas of the story and bringing them into close focus for the team, was defining his success. Pawel's ability to see from the miniscule up to the big picture and convey that vision, has been the hallmark of his job.
