As Paweł has various skills I need to underline that I worked with him acting mostly as a Product Manager at Mailbird. During the 1,5 years that we spent there together, he was always striving for improvement. He is deeply interested in new ways of doing things and improving the current processes. I very much appreciated our regular product-related discussion which ended in many improvements related to gathering user research, introducing SCRUM into the development team, or managing the product roadmap. I can easily say that I would like to have a chance to work with Paweł in the future 👍

Apart from it, there are 2 things I truly admire Pawel for: 1/ during our 3 years of working on SaveMyTime I have never seen a single time when Pawel shipped reckless feature. He always makes sure we truly understand the impact on customers. 2/ There are ups and downs in every startup and most people give up when struggles arise. It’s lifesaving how Pawel is able to stay focused and look for the solution step by step. If you have a chance to work will Pawel you shouldn't think twice :)
