I have worked with Paweł in Creditstar. As we were the only country managers for our respective markets based in Warsaw, we got a chance to work more closely. Paweł has a rarely seen knack for easy and natural complimenting with showing of appreciation to his crewmembers. I have not figured out how much thought he gives into it beforehand, but it comes out perfect each time and he makes it look easy. He had the foresight for his market and would navigate the meanders of legal obstacles, technological solutions, and partnership handling with his internal compass showing the right direction in any circumstances. I enjoyed spending time with Paweł professionally and privately, I could always count on his support in any job-related matters and would have good private talks on any matters.
