Pawan played a pivotal role in headhunting me and encouraging me to come over to Fiji he’s smart, and very dedicated in carrying out his duties without any hesitation, showing honesty fairness always being professional in what he did , which created and was a good collaboration in the end which also brought out the empowerment, and ownership that helped changed the mind set within the organization to be more Customer Centric and making HR a key business partner within the organization. He is a professional in what he does and always ready to help , and I would highly recommend him for a similar role that he is currently managing.

Pawan is one of the most interesting HR Professional, I have met in my career. Besides the fact that he is a strong charismatic individual, he has the remarkable ability to quickly identify business complexities and challenges and through that, define an ambitious and realistic action plan, secure commitment of stakeholders and ensure implementation in a remarkable efficient way. He achieves this ‘just’ by asking the relevant and simple questions in a highly intelligent way, by assisting the stakeholders in defining ‘the why’/what’s-in-it-for-me and by using his outstanding personal skills. In essence, Pawan excels in leading and supporting organizations and its employees with the purpose of becoming a better edition of itself. Developing a successful operations centre and influencing an organisation to change is a team effort and it is important to have the right team with you to facilitate this. Pawan exudes enthusiasm, passion and has boundless energy. His commitment to improving the organisation was immediately evident and he was one of a number of people I quickly identified as being able to play a major part within this. His successful execution is not dependent on functional background; it is dependent on a breadth of understanding of how organisations work, the ability to think at an organisational (not functional) level and most importantly a grasp of the role and importance of culture, leadership and people within this. Understanding and the right skills facilitate influence. Influence and the right skills facilitate change. I recognised in Pawan a kindred spirit in these respects. His functional background may be HR, his practice is transformation; and he is very good at it. Pawan is always at the forefront of organisational thinking. Enabled by this he confidently pushes the boundaries. He is also committed, totally supportive and great fun to work with. He is able to work with a limited brief and deliver the right result every time. He can work seamlessly across functional boundaries and at an organisational level. Pawan may state that he is a HR practitioner but I see him as so much more than the functional title conveys. Perry delivers the RESOURCES to help realise the potential that lies within every organisation. I very much look forward to working with Pawan in the future and will highly recommend him to any organisation in need for transformation.
