Key Highlights: ✍ Expand the production unit from single unit to three units and a workforce increase from 1500 to 2800 workers, with 4th unit under preparation for execution and production. ✍ Upgrade the manufacturing facilities and day-to-day operations, including material flow monitoring, in accordance with the production plan. ✍ Holds an authority to place over capacity orders and ensure that they are delivered on time and on budget. Work closely with the sample room for product development and fabric consumption control, ensuring that materials are not over- or under-utilized from marketing-provided project costs. ✍ Oversee factory audits conducted by client quality assurance officers and third-party auditors including Intertek, WRAP C-TPAT, BetterWork, Ascena and AGS security. ✍ Leads all strategic negotiations and contract sourcing that leads to cost savings.
