Payam Ostovar, PLA-Va, MLA, ASLA

Pavlina is easily one of the most passionate advocates of human health and well-being in the urban realm I’ve had the pleasure of serving with. My time serving with her, as a former panel member on the city of Baltimore’s Urban Design and Architecture Advisory Panel (UDAAP), was both meaningful and memorable. As chair of the panel she provides poignant and insightful summaries of the other panel members’ statements while never holding back about possible improvements to the presented designs. She is a dedicated designer and civic servant and it is my sincere hope to have the opportunity to serve with her again in the near future.
