We successfully completed the one-year IT Leadership academy program that was in place for our E-commerce team. The academy was led by the amazing Pavla Líčeníková and Václav Strnadel from Azteka and it was a huge success! One of the most valuable trainings was Cable car workshop. It was completely new and showed us what we need to learn. We finished the Academy with Cable car II and it gave us a great deal of retrospective. We could see what progress we made throughout the year and it was significant!
