Pavithra is a talented, dynamic and dedicated quality professional, capable of handling multiple tasks and always delivering to very high standards she sets for herself. I found her communication skills to be excellent and she was not only managed my teams training (over 80 people, including consultants) but learned to carry out quality investigations using DMAIC to get to true root cause. She stepped up to new challenges and tasks without complaint and was not just willing to learn, but to share her learnings with her peers. She helped me run weekly tool box talks and training sessions and had excellent organisational skills. I would not hesitate to recommend her and wish her every success in her next role.
