CRM administrator can configure most of the tools or add custom roles if required. - New tools for working with sales cases and service requests. - Questionnaires - tools designed for sales persons to conduct surveys at sales meetings. - New features in Advanced Find and Market - tools for creating and running complex queries and analyzing results. Vineyard Vintage 4.5 - New features in Summary View and Table View - tools for viewing Vineyard objects (persons, companies, sales cases etc.) - New features in customizable forms for editing Vineyard objects. - Vineyard Update Service - service application for automatic installation of Vineyard Vintage plug-ins and updates - New features in Vineyard Error Reporting - shared component which collects data about unhandled exceptions in Vineyard products and sends it to Vineyard for analysis.
