Pavel is a great leader, experienced developer and very passionate gamer, well versed in the game industry. He is perfectly able to organize the execution of tech tasks - with good final quality and transparent timings. Moreover, he has a clear vision of the product and always seeks to understand the big picture. In his team of developers, Pavel demonstrated excellent project manager skills, like planning, task management and time tracking, especially when it goes to an understanding of the related departments pipelines. He also well versed in game design, which not only simplified work and communications, but also helped to create more creative and high-quality features. Pavel is the champion of his tech-team, he is always looking for ways to increase involvement and job satisfaction for his developers. Even in the most difficult times, he radiates an aura of optimism and confidence, always having a plan how to move project & team to the next steps.

I worked with Pavel closely on the same project and I remember this time as one the most productive and funny periods in my life, and Pavel was among main reasons why I appreciate this experience a lot. Pavel is great team lead and highly experienced programmer with pure passion for games. He understands needs of both team and project and is always able to find perfect balance there. You can be 100% sure that all tasks assigned to Pavel, no matter how difficult or tricky they are, will be fulfilled on time and on scope. I also cannot help mentioning Pavel’s ability to pay attention to all aspects of the project and see opportunities for improvement. I think that Pavel would be valuable teammate in any company who can make great contribution as professional.
