During the weeks of our collaboration, Pavel was in charge to lead and provide everything needed for the success of the project. We maintained weekly communication, and all my requests promptly got the attention needed. It was much easier to have a well-orchestrated project with him in charge. I’ve been working with Pavel as a translator for Simple Fasting App during the last year, and I only have words of utmost praise for him. As a Localization Lead, Pavel has fantastic qualities: he is professional, diligent, effective, hard-working, and undoubtedly the most responsive project manager that I have ever collaborated with. However, one of his best qualities, in my opinion, is his deep care about the product, a trait that is rare to find in an industry dominated by extremely tight deadlines and economic drivers. His main goal, indeed, is to provide a product that’s exquisite and adapted to the users of the countries that it caters for.
