We worked together with Pavel and I really have something to say about Pasha's professionalism. I want to note right away his great ability to listen and hear people, he knows how to work with feedback. Pavel is a quick learner and very focused always on the important things. He is prof active and many times participated in initiatives, brainstorms, is able to formulate and pitch his ideas, has a high level of creativity. Pasha is always focused on the grow (growminded). He is open to communication, quickly and well connects with the team, even if it's a new team and there are no familiar people in it at all.
