      A mobile app for immersive English learning with AI I joined the startup founders at the idea stage, was leading most of the work on the product. The startup is supported by the 500 Startups. - Shaped, decomposed and controlled the product roadmap implementation for 3 months together with CPO (from 0 to the launch), after the launch the roadmap management was fully transferred to me. - Managing the core processes in the product: feature life-cycle, user feedback, product analytics, AB-testing, content generation and delivery. - Conducted integration with many AI services (ChatGPT, Unity, Synthesia.io, Assembly.ai, Sapling.ai, Speechace, Inworld.ai). - Under my leadership, we released over 25 features in 7 months after launch. - Implemented analytics into the product: built metrics structure, customized KPI's and monitoring dashboards in Amplitude, cohort analysis, plugged in UXcam for video analysis. - Created a unique format of real-life scenarios for an immersive experience: hired 4 people in my team, developed a suitable format of scenarios, set up the process of creation and release into the application, put on an assembly line (2 writers - 8 scenarios per month). - Hired junior product manager, trained him to conduct interviews, etc., subsequently handed over the entire process of communication with the users (interviews, yux-tests, questionnaires). - Before starting full development, I did a big survey of the English market in LatAm, North Africa and West Asia: 60+ in-depth interviews with CA, 35+ usability tests of successful applications in the market.
