I had a chance to work with Pavel for a few years. We were involved in some important internal and external company projects during that period. Pavel coordinated and managed some of the projects, while some others were under my responsibility (mainly related to sales tech.) Pavel has proven himself as an excellent team builder and coordinator. He efficiently managed communication with multiple stakeholders and coordinated with our development and sales teams to eliminate the complexities and obstacles and keep to the company delivery schedule. He greatly contributed to various payment projects, such as Paypal, Alipay+, Bizum, MyBank, iDeal, BNPL, as well as POS and CTAP. Pavel also helped improve the internal efficiency of the onboarding and sales processes and organized training and knowledge sessions for our sales and support teams with new product rollouts.
