LGBTQ+ mental health lead

I am committed to support mental health and well being of LGBTQ+ community. My main aim is to work collaboratively with an individual and sometimes with their support network, in understanding their mental health needs. I then apply this understanding with knowledge, skills and experience to create individual specific formulation and care plan, and support them to recovery and staying well. I also run informal well-being and support group for people called- ‘Saathi’. I am committed to support mental health and well being of LGBTQ+ community.
