   Everyday attend the Morning briefing.  Assumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware and pots  Wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand  Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle.  Collect trash from kitchen areas; empties garbage barrels, wash and re-line with new bags  Wash and polish all stainless steel in kitchen, including shelves, dish cabinets, refrigerators, walk-ins, etc.  Wash and clean receiving area and trash areas  Sweep and mop kitchen floors  Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas  Cleans dish machine after each meal period  Keep dish wash room and pot wash room clean and organized.  Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
