Assumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware and pots Wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle. Collect trash from kitchen areas; empties garbage barrels, wash and re-line with new bags Wash and polish all stainless steel in kitchen, including shelves, dish cabinets, refrigerators, walk-ins, etc. Wash and clean receiving area and trash areas Sweep and mop kitchen floors Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas Cleans dish machine after each meal period Keep dish wash room and pot wash room clean and organized.
