Pat had reported directly to me as my Senior Database Administrator and DBA Admin and I would strongly recommend him for a number of reasons. Pat's got a wide breadth of experience across a variety of technologies. This gives him a strong ability to think bigger than the problem and engineer creative solutions. Pat is a strong technical team member and an incredibly quick study. I've seen, very closely, his ability to pick up new technologies and skills and quickly apply them to solving real problems. Pat is solution-focused. There's no question that Pat is truly a pleasure to work with but he's all business when it comes to creating solutions, automating systems, optimizing processes, or minimizing negative impacts to the organization.
