Works included the construction of 20km of single lane carriageway, 1.5 million m3 of bulk earthworks, site preparation & drainage and the construction of 15,000m2 of retaining wall using reinforced earth. Dates: Jan 2011 - Oct 2012 Client: Allseas UK Description: Project quantity surveyor on a GBP 37m joint venture gas pipeline project in the UK. Works included the installation of a 10km pipeline stabilisation embankment in extremely poor ground conditions, the construction of a 10km welded steel pipeline and 3no trenchless crossings using various installation techniques. Dates: Phase 1 2011 & Phase 2 2012 Client: Van Oord Description: Project quantity surveyor on a GBP 5m marine works project in the UK. The project consisted of the landfall preparation works for off shore pipe laying activities which involved the construction of suitable bearing pads for linear pulling winches, near shore dedging activities and reinstatement on completion.
