I was brought into GMG Color 1 year after the move to go direct sale to the UK market. Initially I was hired to prepare hardware to be shipped directly to customers for installation. After a few weeks I was made full time and entered the business as a Junior on the support helpdesk. During this period I was able to attend site visits and installations with other staff until around December when I carried out my first solo installation, after this the rest was history and I began my training as a Junior Field Engineer, learning the industry and all the solutions available before being made a fully trained Field Engineer.
