Our advice is therefore not primarily focused on transactions but supports the short- and long-term objectives of the organisation. Not only do we think analytically, above all we execute our advice as pragmatists. We have consciously chosen to exclusively represent real estate occupiers. In this way we prevent any hint of a conflict of interest. We never allow our remuneration to be dependent upon the outcome of our advice.
