Prior to partnering with Remarkable Practice our Tax Return season was the usual challenging time for us as accountants. There was a huge proportion of Tax Returns prepared for clients in November, December and January. This resulted in overtime and deadline pressures that were felt across the whole practice. Following one of Pauls away days at the Academy, we learnt and implemented weekly KPIs centred around client communication, systematically chasing the work in and then delivering Tax Returns week in week out starting from April. This totally flattened the curve for us. We have just had the easiest end to a Tax Return season ever. There was no need for overtime. The firm was happier as the internal pressures were less. It also led to a much better service for our clients as they were informed of their Tax liabilities earlier. Plus we got to bill the work sooner as well! I would recommend Remarkable Practice to anyone (except perhaps our local competitors!!!).
