I met Paul during my eighteen months at ZF Car eWallet. During that time, I got to know Paul as the kind of leader that people really enjoy working with and gravitate towards. The reasons for this are two key traits Paul possesses - traits that have contributed to my individual development. The first is his commitment to delivering quality in his work, as well as the level of integrity that he himself exemplifies. This charisma therefore automatically transfers to his team, leading to an environment in which one can truly excel. Second, Paul has a keen ability to recognize the motivations and individual skills of people from diverse backgrounds and unite them behind a common vision and objective.
