As a recruitment consultant I had an opportunity to work with some great international clients conducting full cycle recruitment projects and greenfield mass recruitment projects. My tasks included analyzing position requirements, writing job postings, choosing appropriate recruitment strategies and channels, coaching hiring managers, checking references and ultimately finding the best candidates for our clients.

Because of my extensive consulting experience, I was invited as a guest lecturer for a career development course and to share my experience in the HR consulting field. During my lectures I shared my knowledge and experience about how students should approach their careers and how to develop them.
