  Alliance Entertainment is a leading total solution provider of business-to business infrastructure services that are essential to transact commerce in the home entertainment marketplace. My responsibilities as Manager of Creative Services consist of managing a team of five designers while also handling design solutions for commercial print and multimedia advertising campaigns that are directed towards both a wholesale and consumer market. I am in charge of overseeing all projects through completion, both in print and web.• Manage and create Special Projects that consist of seasonal catalogs and campaigns for major music and movie labels including, WEA, Sony, EMI, Warner, Disney-Pixar etc. These campaigns often included value added products.• Spearheaded and developed the email marketing initiative using Constant Contact. I manage the contacts for that mailing list and every email sent.• Annually created, collated and paginated a several thousand page Accessory Products catalog and two smaller Latin and Holiday entertainment product catalogs.• In charge of managing all aspects of the publications that we create including Amped Magazine (an award winning weekly entertainment publication directed to independent retail), Connoisseur Magazine (a monthly online magazine directed to specialty markets) and all advertising for a monthly magazine called SMACK.• As a result of this position I am comfortable directing others, building vendor relationships and communicating all aspects of project production.• Design and produce editorial, ads and sales collateral for both magazines.• Direct others in the production of all printed materials to be inserted.• Manage projects to be completed on weekly or monthly basis.• Paginate and collate pages into a cohesive magazine format for both print and digital formats.• Organized and sent materials for print.
