We have never worked in the same teams, but there has always been a link between my projects and Paulrick's, which requires us to interact and work together. Paulrick is one of those quietly competent people who sees what needs done and does it. I have worked with Paulrick (‘Paul’) Cerfontyne for a few years, while I was at Korbitec. Even though we were not part of the same section (Paul is Implementation Manager for Korbitec’s Customer Service Centre (CSC) and I was the company’s Marketing Manager,) we worked often on various CSC projects – including publications, mailings, design, events, training and road-shows. Paul is a skillful, experienced and capable manager. He works extremely well with teams of various sizes - from large groups to one-on-one setups. He has no problem dealing with high-pressure, deadline based environments. Paul is clear and kind, always available to give – and receive – feedback. He is a knowledgeable manager – one that is always happy to share his experience with others, as well as learn from theirs. Personally – I found Paul to be warm and accessible, with a lovely sense of humour and an insightful appreciation of people – which is the reason he is able to bring out the best in those with whom he works. I am totally happy to recommend Paul for any senior managerial position he may seek.
