I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Paul over the past 8 years, his expertise in the ski industry and collaborative marketing programs are truly unparalleled. Paul's media cadence, writing and ability to work with others make him an invaluable asset to any team and organization. Paul is always on board with teaming up on a project and he adds incredible insight to the layers of DMO work we do.

Eric Kertzman, MBA

I have worked with Paul at the Incline Village General Improvement District as a co-worker and as my manager. We also worked closely as colleagues before I recommended him for a position at the district. Paul is dedicated to his work and puts a lot of himself into all of the projects he touches. Paul is uniquely talented in seeing many perspectives of a single concern, which is very handy in an organization like IVGID. To sum up Paul, he can be simply described as smart. Paul also keeps cool under pressure and always meets deadlines or communicates the need for additional resources. As Marketing Manager, Paul was committed to developing materials, advertisements, logo wear, and events to successfully represent the district and all of its assets. With Paul at the helm, our department successfully grew events and visitation while raising customer yield by over 15% each year for at least 3 consecutive years. He excels at creating strategies that are well within the rule book set forth by senior managers and simultaneously allow for the maximum amount of usage and visibility of the resulting programs and events. I have enjoyed working alongside Paul, and I value his thoughts and ideologies as a mentor and friend. He is a genuine and thoughtful person who excels in any role he is given. I give Paul my highest recommendation.

As the Director of Marketing & Sales for the Incline Village General Improvement District's recreation facilities - including Diamond Peak ski resort, the Championship and Mountain golf courses, and the Incline Village Recreation and Tennis Centers - I get to share what is great about these amazing community-owned assets with the local community and visitors to the Lake Tahoe region. I lead a small-but-efficient team in all aspects of marketing and sales, while working closely with the venue managers and District management team to analyze pricing strategy, long-range capital planning, and forecasting of customer needs.
