I reported to Paul when I moved into the Head of Bids and Proposals role whilst he worked as Interim Marketing Director for Rullion. Paul has a unique blend of sales, marketing, and bids expertise and knowledge which he was able to bring to the team in order to help bring together different functions within the business and propel us towards a winning formula. As this was my first formal bidding role I found that I was able to gain a huge amount of benefit not only from Paul's knowledge but also from his coaching style of management. Through working closely together, Paul helped me to not only raise the profile of the Bids Team within Rullion but also able to put strategies and processes in place to increase win ratios and ultimately create a platform for success. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Paul - as well as having a great deal of knowledge and experience that I was able to draw from, he's also very personable and was able to create an enjoyable and productive team environment that allowed us to work well collaboratively and fostered a great spirit amongst Marketing and Bids team members. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him and hope that we'll have the opportunity to work together again at some point.
