Successful track record of reducing cost/kg by >50%, and increasing outputs by >15% YOY. • Develop and manage P&L budgets to allocate human and financial resources to achieve corporate objectives. • Manage timelines for the implementation and deployment of company’s products and all technological services including: • Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, while collaborating with quality management regarding the implementation of these improvements. • Manage budgets, P&L and time frames for all products and projects. • Establish trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders by establishing collaborative, two-way dialogue that will ensure strategic alignment and partnerships. • Co-lead audit/inspection for regulatory certifications i.e. BRC and maintain “AA” rating. • Supports all food safety initiatives, including (but not limited to) BRCGS, HACCP, GMPs, Allergens, GFCP, Kosher, Halal, Customer Requirements (Such as Costco standards and Kraft Standards). • Member of HACCP team, managing and implementing policies related to food safety. • Lead Auditor certified • Authorized under provincial legislation as Commissioner of Oaths to administer affirmations on behalf of the President for international shipments. • Act as member for Crisis Management team for the company Show less
