I have worked with Paul for several years at Imprivata. Paul is one of those rare talents that not only understands the technical, but how the technical influences the sales cycle and the the political. He can explain even the most technical and benign issue, to an executive who is less interested in the bits and bytes and simultaneously make it interesting, salient and relevant to their job. As a member of my team, I relied upon him implicitly - not once did I need to remind him to follow up on tasks for which he had assumed responsibility or that he needed to do things. He just knew. He was that good. Our team was well oiled. Paul is missed in this role, but is able to fit into most any role and is brilliant in anything he takes on. I look forward to an opportunity to once again work with him. Any company would be privelaged to have a guy with his skills and work ethic, it's rare.
