Paul and I worked together on one of Bankwest's key strategic programs looking at improving risk maturity. We worked together on a number of initiatives within the program over a year or so - Paul was not only an invaluable technical lead, but also brought a pragmatic business lens. A skill I've had the chance to lean on a number of times since moving on from the program. Overall, an invaluable asset to the program!

Paul led a transformational change in the way our organisation manages end to end processes. Through the process he demonstrated resilience, integrity and strategic thinking. Paul has experience of all aspects of a balanced scorecard, especially risk management where his knowledge excels. I've enjoyed working closely with Paul over the last 18 months.
