  Global, regional and local packaging projects management been part of the GSDO - Global Strategic Design Office. I was responsible for Global and Regional projetcs and had the opportunity to attend meetings and make presentation at J&J Head Quarter at USA and also to attend international packaging shows and visit some printing suppliers abroad. I was resposible for the global packaging graphics standardization, but also focused in innovation, new technologies, new materials introducing the “Design Thinking”, launching products with design more and more modern, innovative and daring, maximizing the use of available technology in the national and international market, bringing a bigger visibility to J&J products/packaging with the objective to generate a consumer desire to purchase. I also consider in the packaging development the Consumer Five Sense Methodology and the ergonomic factor. I managed projects focused on design, both structural and graphic, using methodologies to capture insights to radically change the packaging as well as draw attention to the J&J products, delighting consumers. At the the same time I add to this the "Design for Environment" to reinforce the us use of recycled and recyclable packaging, by J&J and also initiating the introduction of Braille Language on packaging. I also had the opportunity to visit the J&J Design Studio at New York and recognizing the entire structure to strengthen the packaging design of J&J. Show less
