  I am a partner at Maples and Calder (Jersey) LLP with a corporate, finance and tax practice. I joined Maples and Calder's Jersey office as a co-founding member in 2018. Prior to joining Maples, I practised at two large offshore law firms based in Jersey where I have lived since 2007. In Australia, I practised at the Infrastructure and Projects team at Clayton Utz. I hold extensive offshore legal experience with particular expertise in offshore M&A (public and private), debt and equity capital markets, corporate investment holding and tax structuring, institutional financing (including DCM, High Yield and both leveraged and asset-based and structured finance and securitisation). Mainstream corporate advisory. I have also advised on many TISE (Channel Islands) and CSX (Cayman) securities listings. I hold a special interest in private equity and growth capital activities (upstream and downstream).
