As such he represented the CRN product at all the major yacht shows, and consulted with management on marketing initiatives for the US market. Blohm+Voss Shipyard Representative

Under contract to the Board of Directors of ThyssenKrupp, Paul Madden assisted Blohm+Voss to re-launch their brand after a 13-year hiatus from yacht building, working with the Hamburg-based companies marketing staff to develop new sales and presentation materials. He landed the shipyard a contract for a 92-meter Heywood/Disdale new construction for a Mexican client, which effectively re-established Blohm+Voss as the top-brand in yachting. Originally hired as a management consultant reporting directly to the Board of Directors of C&N; Madden authored C&N's North American Business Plan and was then contracted to manage the sales and charter brokerage in Mexico. In addition to normal yacht brokerage activities, this office also ran the Sunseeker franchise for sales in service throughout Mexico. Madden set up the service organization and built the management infrastructure for this important territory.
