I worked with Paul at Warwickshire Police and very quickly I realised how knowledgeable and valuable he was to become to the project. Not only did Paul hit the ground running he also proved to be an excellent mentor for me which has since become invaluable information. Paul is able to understand complex problems and provide effective realistic solutions with the strategic view of the organisation in mind. He is able to build trust with key stakeholders and get the right sponsorship for the right decisions to be made. I hope to work with Paul again. I cant recommend Paul enough for any Business Analysis, Business Architecture and Project Management.
Stuart McCulloch
Paul worked for us in roles that required project management and business analysis. Whilst having the skills to perform both of these roles, Paul takes a pragmatic approach to getting the job done and had soon built good working relationships both internally and with external customers. I found him to be hard working and often working outside of hours to ensure progress is made. Paul is a team worker whilst happily taking ownership of things and a good team member, often sharing a tale or joke from those navy days. A good person to have around. I would recommend Paul to any prospective employer.

Worked as a Senior Analyst for the DCSF on the Parent Know How project. My role involved working with 26 LA's who were using an early years system provided by a large system supplier to push enhanced childcare data up to the national PKHD agrregator, to support them in moving from a contingency solution to a live data feed. I provided project management and business analysis support and successfully supported all 26 LA's in moving from the contingency solution within six weeks, and before the deadline. This role required strong stakeholder engagement skills and required strong negotiation skills in working with LA's across the country, the provider, Ofsted, DCSF and the Parent Know How team to resolve issues and progress project plans in the LA's. This was a large and successful national project.
