Bio
Norca Disla-Shannon, M.Ed.
I have worked with Paul Key over the past two years through the Mass BizWorks marketing committee. Paul has contributed to this group by offering innovative ideas that have improved exposure of our programs. He has been instrumental in initiating a new social media campaign and worked tirelessly to connect Mass BizWorks with the state community college system. His strengths lie in his ability to build relationships, think strategically, articulate new ideas, and inspire others to work collaboratively to accomplish a common goal. Our partnership with Paul has been so strong that we invited him to be a part of the U.S. Department of Labor Integrated Business Service Cohort – a nation-wide workforce development leadership program.

Paul Key, Associate Director of Community Education, has been a big part of our collaborative success at Massasoit Community College. Our Medical Interpreting Course has benefitted greatly by having Paul at the helm. There is no substitute for personally going out into the community, as Paul does, to spread the word and to improve educational opportunities. Our Program has enjoyed unprecedented success due to the efforts of Paul Key. Although he is well-versed at traditional marketing and social media, he combines it with simple, down to earth community outreach. There is no substitute with face-to-face interaction. It is an absolute pleasure working with Paul. Barbara J. Rodriguez, President TransFluenci EDU
