Group representation, planning, and organization of tasks. Development of continuous improvement initiatives. Development of new products according to customer requirements. Implementation of LEAN and 5S. Responsible for participation in Process FMEA. Responsible for drawings (2D and 3D) released according to standard procedures. We achieved way better communication between the departments saving us a significant amount of time. Saved time allowed us to take on more customer-related projects and take on more creative tasks.
