During the summer of 2019, I was an intern in the biggest pop-culture event in the Baltic states, Comic Con Baltics. During the three month period, Paulius was my internship manager. My main responsibility was to prepare educational articles about pop-culture and to report to Paulius. As an internship manager, Paulius helped me improve my writing and analytical skills, and showed his great attention to detail. I have learned, under his supervision, to include the audience's perspective, to value informational accuracy as much as enjoyment whilst reading an article. I am very grateful he allowed me to join his team and sharpen my skills.

We worked with Paulius while organising Comic Con Baltics 2019 event. First of all, Paulius proved to be a true member of a TEAM. Together we worked on partner integration into the event's communication. We received positive feedback from our partners, being called one of the best events for your brand to be associated with in the Baltics. This would have not been possible without Paulius professional attitude towards his job and high work culture.

During the span of two months, there was an objective with a very low-budget to establish a social media presence and an online-shop for a local antiques store. My main tasks were to: • Administrating the store’s Facebook page. Gained 1000+ followers in a month, with a budget under 100 Euros. Made connections with other antique stores. Due to the fact that antique store was located in the former Argentinian embassy building, a relationship with Argentinian collectors was formed. • Launching the online-shop (using Shopify) and administrating it. • Making a PR campaign to become better known in the local area (Kaunas). Managed to get articles published by city’s and country's biggest online news portals. Establishing a relationship and getting an article made together with a well-known local collector and famous Lithuanian diplomat D. Junevičius. PR campaign reached 40 thousand people on Facebook alone and at least 100 thousand Lithuanians through published articles in largest online news portals both in city and country ("Kauno Diena" and "15min"). • Photography. Product-photography, location photography, creative photography. Show less
